Industries · Landscape & Irrigation
Connected irrigation and green infrastructure, from the people who wrote the playbook.
Harmony Analytica was founded by irrigation professionals. For landscape, turf and green infrastructure we pair consulting with MODURA, our own intelligence platform for living infrastructure.
Golf courses · sports complexes · municipal parks · campuses · green roofs · living walls · agriculture · commercial landscapes

The challenge
What gets in the way.
Invisible water waste
Broken heads, bad schedules and leaks go unnoticed until the bill or the plants show it.
Expensive site visits
Roof access, large campuses and remote parks make every truck roll costly.
Disconnected tools
Controllers, spreadsheets and weather data live in different places.
What we build
Solutions we deliver.
Soil moisture & weather
Multi-depth soil moisture, including subsurface sensors for sports turf, plus on-site weather.
Flow & pressure
Water meters, flow and pressure monitoring with leak alerts.
Controller integration
Existing irrigation controllers connected, beginning with OpenSprinkler.
MODURA platform
Dashboards, alerts, control and service workflows for managers and technicians.

Wireless valve control
Irrigation control anywhere there is water, even where there is no power.
Roadway center medians, parks, and zones whose controller wires were cut or abandoned years ago can all be brought back under control. A battery-powered LoRaWAN valve controller runs the solenoid on site, while a flow meter and pressure sensor on the same assembly record water consumption and irrigation pressure. Everything is monitored and alerted from one platform, so any remote water source becomes a full-scope, managed irrigation zone.
What each remote valve gets
- Battery-powered valve control with no 120V feed and no wire run back to a controller
- Water consumption tracked with a pulse-output flow meter on the same assembly
- Irrigation pressure recorded and alerted, so breaks and closed valves are caught early
- Schedules, manual runs and history managed from MODURA alongside soil moisture and weather
In the field
Remote valves, back under control.
Photos from a municipal median retrofit: existing valves and meters, new wireless control, and a slit trench instead of an open cut.

Wired and tested on site
The controller, flow meter and pressure sensor are wired, sealed and verified against live readings before the crew leaves.

Flow meter with pulse output
An existing or new meter reports every gallon through the valve controller, so consumption per zone is recorded, not estimated.

Reusing the valves already in the ground
Solenoids in the original valve box are wired to the wireless controller, so abandoned zones come back online without new pipe.

A slit, not a trench
Sensor and valve leads go in through a narrow slit in the turf that heals in days, with no open trenching across the median or park.

Urban green infrastructure
Know before you go.
We deploy wireless networks and sensor arrays across large-scale urban landscapes: rooftop gardens, planters, green roofs, terraces and streetscapes spread across a whole city. The goal is simple. Know before you go. Crews head out with the soil moisture, temperature and irrigation status of every site already in hand, instead of driving across town to find out.
How it works at city scale
- Sensor arrays in planters, green roofs and terraces across an entire portfolio
- One LoRaWAN network spanning buildings, blocks and boroughs, with no site Wi-Fi needed
- Soil moisture, temperature and irrigation status per site before the truck rolls
- Alerts when a rooftop dries down, a valve fails or a planter floods
In the field
Rooftops, terraces and green roofs, one network.
From a Manhattan deployment: sensor nodes in planters and green roofs, all reporting to the same network and the same dashboard.

Sensor node above the skyline
A battery-powered LoRaWAN node in a rooftop planter reports root-zone moisture and temperature from many stories up.

High-value landscapes, monitored
Trees in containers, ornamental grasses and lawn on a private terrace, each with its own moisture readings and irrigation history.

Sedum roofs without the guesswork
Shallow green roof media dries out fast. Sensors show which sections need water and which are fine, before anyone climbs up.
Powered by MODURA
Software first. Sensors and controls expand the system.
MODURA turns controller activity, sensor readings, alerts, service records and site context into decisions teams can act on, so technicians are sent with context instead of sent to find out.
- Soil moisture, flow, pressure and weather in one view
- Controller integrations beginning with OpenSprinkler
- Alerts, approvals and service workflows
- Mobile access for technicians in the field
