About Harmony Analytica
Field-tested IoT expertise, from the ground up.
Harmony Analytica is an IoT consulting and development firm specializing in LoRaWAN and the integration of connected systems—from sensors and networks to data migration, custom software, dashboards, automation, and analytics.
Founded by irrigation experts, technology developers and energy consultants

What we do
Reliable, affordable data for the systems that matter.
We started by pioneering LoRaWAN sensor networks for green infrastructure. Today we bring the same approach to water, energy, oil and gas, agriculture, buildings and industrial operations.
We believe every system manager deserves access to reliable, affordable data to protect infrastructure, comply with regulations and build more resilient cities. By combining deep IoT expertise with a collaborative, sandbox approach, we design systems that go beyond today’s reporting requirements and anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.
Core capabilities
- LoRaWAN network design and RF planning
- Deployment, commissioning and field installation
- Integration with SCADA, BMS, controllers and legacy equipment
- Custom hardware, firmware, dashboards and software
Who we are
Our story, vision and technology.
Our story
Founded by leading irrigation experts, technology developers and energy consultants, we believe that digitized water leads to better insights and more actionable results, and that the data analytics you’ve always wanted should plug into the irrigation and business intelligence systems you already run.
Our vision
The HARMONY LINE™ is where capitalism meets conservation: businesses competing to take less and improve our planet. It began as a back-of-the-napkin sketch by Capt. Stan Sersen at Greenbuild in 2007, and as IoT technology evolved, it became a reality in 2023.
Our technology
Field-proven IoT sensors, LoRaWAN networks and modern cloud software, synthesized into dashboards, alerts and reports. Everything we build is designed to integrate with existing control and automation systems.

Leadership
Led by Andy Humphrey, aka Sprinkler Nerd.
Andy has spent more than 25 years in irrigation, distribution, technology, training and field service, from large-scale deployments to connected water infrastructure in real operating environments.
He leads Harmony Analytica with a team of industry leaders and advisors across energy, software, agriculture, contracting and connected infrastructure.
Background
- 25+ years across irrigation, distribution, technology, training and field service
- Large-scale deployments and connected water infrastructure in real operating environments
- Creator of MODURA, the intelligence platform for living infrastructure
- Host of Sprinkler Nerd, reaching 40,000+ industry listeners
How we work
Principles behind every engagement.
Independent advice
No commissions from hardware or platform vendors. We recommend what fits your project.
Field first
We pilot on the difficult site, not the easy one, so problems surface before the rollout.
Collaborative sandbox
We prototype alongside your team, test ideas quickly and keep what works.
Built to hand over
Clear documentation and training, so your team can operate what we build.
Milestones
